Solace comprised of four members and was the first generation of Vtubers by Wares Media.
It follows the story of extraordinary people chosen by celestial fragments which granted them new found abilities and powers. With this, they set forth on a noble journey to use it for good and spread happiness along the way.
A follow up story was planned as High Solace (Gen 1.5) to reveal the source of the celestial fragments. It would have brought an emotional story of two celestial sisters delivered through a Vtuber talent and fully animated cinematics. First news of Solace (Gen 1) was announced on Feb. 20, 2024 on X and debuted on Jun. 19, 2024 with an abstract trailer and posters of the four members with accompanying lore. Solace was cancelled on Aug. 1, 2024, along with its sequel generation.
